Commissioners refer recommendation to Auditor's Office
DAVENPORT – The Record-Times will be Lincoln County’s official newspaper of legal publications another year. The Lincoln County Commissioners approved a recommendation to accept a bid from Free Press Publishing, which owns the local newspaper, and referred it to the county Auditor’s Office at the commissioner’s meeting Monday, April 4.
Free Press Publishing was the only company to submit a bid for legal county printing....
