HARRINGTON—A footrace was required for Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office deputy Jon Evans to detain a suspect breaking into Johnson Family Towing last weekened.
Evans responded to a call of a break in at Johnson Family Towing outside of Harrington Thursday, April 28 about 8:15 p.m, according to a release from Sheriff Wade Magers.
The caller reported that a man had gotten into the tow yard and was breaking into vehicles. Evans responded and observed a man, later identified as 61-year-old David Rickard, in the tow yard.
