No trial expected in Wade Magers case

DAVENPORT – A case accusing now-former Sheriff Wade Magers with three misdemeanor charges is not likely to go to trial as a resolution has reportedly been reached, Lincoln County District Court staff told The Record-Times this week.

A pre-trial, originally scheduled for Wednesday, July 13, was continued in an agreement by both parties and will likely be pushed to Friday, Aug. 5, court staff related.
