March 5

Traffic stops: 3

A Sprague woman reported a domestic situation on the 300 block of First Street.

A one-vehicle rollover crash was reported.

A Davenport woman said a dog was around the perimeter of her fence bothering her dogs.

A caller requested a welfare check on his mother in Odessa.

A Davenport woman said her mother’s cellphone was stolen from the 1300 block of Logan Street and the subject was in Reardan.

March 6

Traffic stops: 1

A Davenport woman said a trailer was parked on her property on the 1200 block of 12th Street two weeks prior.

An Odessa woman living in a local assisted living home asked for a response to her home on the 400 block of Birch Street.

A Wilbur man said he was scammed out of $4,800 in gift cards via phone.

A caller reported dog abuse.

A Bainbridge Island man said he was charged for items that should’ve been billed to an address on the 41500 block of Highway 23.

A caller said someone was moving his house with a “ram jack.”

A two-vehicle crash was reported.

Adult Protective Services requested a response to a residence on the 300 block of Eighth Avenue in Odessa.

A Davenport man said every night at sunset for a week, he could hear strange beeping up Bald Ridge Road like a transponder.

March 7

Traffic stops: 4

A caller said her neighbor was yelling at her to turn off her porch lights.

A loose black lab was reported just west of District Court in Davenport.

An abandoned vehicle was reported in Davenport.

A problem with a youth was reported in Reardan.

A local woman reported fraud.

A caller said she found car parts and a car battery in front of her house.

March 8

Traffic stops: 10

A caller said he saw a man walking around, carrying a sword and getting into vehicles.

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was transported to Spokane County.

An East Wenatchee man said he was contacted by a man with a thick Southern accent claiming to be from the Sheriff’s Office.

An Edwall man said another man took his phone, shut off his phone service and replaced his phone with a different one.

A caller from Lincoln County Care and Share in Davenport said two transient people were in the building and refusing to leave.

A welfare check was requested on a man on the 52200 block of Sobek Road.

A caller said there were a group of people she believed took over her friend’s property on Fisher Road north of Reardan.

A Davenport woman said her sister stole her identity.

A dead body was found in a car near Sprague, and authorities believed the cause to be suicide.

Adult Protective Services reported financial exploitation and physical abuse according at a home on the 700 block of Second Street in Sprague.

March 9

Traffic stops: 13

A caller said a man was harassing her with messages and threats to expose her to her husband.

A Reardan woman requested a civil standby while removing items from a house on the 36100 block of Oehlschlaeger Raod.

A Davenport man said his wife assaulted him and wouldn’t let him leave the room.

A Davenport woman said her daughter locked her keys in her car on the 1200 block of Marshall Street.

Northeast Washington Alliance Counseling requested a welfare check on a client at Hillcrest Village in Wilbur.

A transient person was reported at Highway 2 and Sprinkle Road.

A caller said her nephew ran away and turned his Snapchat location off.

A Davenport woman said she didn’t like the way people were parking in the alleyway behind El Ranchito.

A hit-and-run was reported.

March 10

Traffic stops: 5

A person having trouble breathing was reported in Odessa.

Avista Utilities reported a car crash on the east end of Davenport.

A Davenport man reported a suspicious vehicle parked near his residence on Nonnemacher Road.

March 11

Traffic stops: 17

A Davenport woman reported two cars blocking her driveway on the 700 block of Marshall Street.

A caller reported a Toyota Camry making bad passes westbound on Highway 2 near Janett Road.

The manager of Lakeview Terrace in Grand Coulee said a resident kept entering the red barn at the top of a nearby hill that is owned by a California man.

BNSF said it was contacted by a concerned citizen regarding a vehicle stuck near railroad tracks.

A Harrington man said someone rode four-wheelers through his yard and damaged his driveway on First Street.

A Davenport man reported a trespassing notice against his neighbors.

Criminal docket-March 7

Miranda Rachelle Carolus, who was charged with residential burglary, motor vehicle theft, two counts of second-degree theft and second-degree identity theft, had all charges dismissed except for an identity-theft charge. A hearing for that charge was scheduled for March 21.

Zachary Aaron Johnson, who is charged with battery in Idaho, waived his extradition and will be returned to Idaho.

Damion Michael Pegram, who is facing 13 criminal charges including two counts of second-degree escape and two counts of custodial assault, had his trial continued to May 31. A readiness hearing was set for April 11.

Juvenile court-March 7

Tristan M. Clark pleaded guilty to possessing a dangerous weapon in a school facility and harassment and was sentenced to 10 days in juvenile detention with credit for five days served and nine months community supervision.
