OLYMPIA – Deer and elk hunters who paid for a state multi-season application this year have a chance to buy one of 3,137 remaining multi-season deer tags and 187 elk tags this month.
Remaining multi-season elk tags go on sale at 10 a.m. Aug. 25 and will be sold first-come, first-serve. Surplus multi-season elk tags will be available in-person at state Department of Fish and Wildlife office and authorized retailers.
