Domestic incident ends in arrest

RITZVILLE – An Illinois man remains in the Franklin County Jail after being arrested in connection with a rolling domestic violence case that began at Love’s Travel Stop.

Miguel Angel Barrios of Illinois is being held on an Adams County contract without bail. He is facing charges of reckless endangerment-domestic violence, eluding and three counts of reckless endangerment.

He was booked into the jail July 30 after a domestic dispute with his 29-year-old wife, Maribel Salgado, records show.
