    William "Bill" Jessett died June 8, 2016. He was 88. He was born April 28, 1928, in Pullman. He was the oldest of three sons born to Alfred William Jessett and Elma Newkirk Jessett. He spent his childhood and teen years in Odessa, graduating from Odessa High School as valedictorian.     MOSES LAKE, WA – Grant County Mosquito Control District #1 has reported that a mosquito sample collected west of Moses Lake has tested positive for West Nile virus, making it the first detection of the virus in Grant County this season.     For those of you who don’t know, I was hit head-on by a drunk driver on June 12, 2016, while on my way to compete at a rodeo. I had a full load of precious cargo which included four horses, my dog and myself.
