Golf Our story last week on District 7 golf was incomplete. We have since learned that defending 1B girls champion Kira Powell did not compete in the district meet. This past winter, students from Eastern Washington University assisted the Lincoln County Economic Development Council (EDC) with a countywide strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) survey.
