Eggs? What eggs? Do you see any eggs? The Easter Egg Hunt is quite a challenge for the youngest group of children, who don't always quite understand what is supposed to happen. With promoting from the accompanying adults, they eventually find all the eggs "hidden" by the Odessa Lions Club members.
Quilt Show
By the time you read this, members of Fronen Steppdecker, the Odessa Quilt Club, will be hard at work setting up the 19th annual Spring Fling Quilt Show. This year’s theme is “Teal We Meet Again,” which is taken from the title of the 2011 raffle quilt.
The Odessa Quilt Show also has an unofficial title, “Not just another small town quilt show,” which was heard from a guest entering the show a few years ago. Quilt guild members put a great deal of effort into making sure they live up to that expectation.
