Hazel Susan Kissler died January 27, 2011 in Gig Harbor. She was born October 21, 1926 , in Lind.

Hazel was a resident of the Tacoma area for 47 years and attended Unity Church. She was a secretary for Washington State Attorney General, before working for several years at Western State Hospital. Hazel was an avid reader and enjoyed solving crossword puzzles, was a big fan of Mariners baseball, and loved to organize family barbeques and picnics. She created beautiful crocheted tablecloths and hankies and sewed dresses for her loved ones. She loved to shop for antiques.
