Letter to the Editor: Writer takes issue with Department of Health

Many of us are angry that we have a government with Department of Health watchdogs that are paid for by our tax dollars to “protect us against ourselves.” Let us not forget the shutting down of “Christmas on the Hill” last year. At the same time, they fail miserably, where they should be paying attention to a much more important problem. Case in point, E-Coli outbreaks in restaurants.
