James (Jim) R. Miller

Jim Miller of Aberdeen, Wash. died May 15, 2011 of cardiac arrest at 68 years of age.

Born in Florence, Ore., he was the third child of five born to Roland and Sarah Miller. He graduated from Ocosta High School as an outstanding scholar athlete. He went on to study and play football at Grays Harbor Community College and finished his degree in Education at Eastern Washington University, lettering in football.
