Harrington 4-H group plans community improvements

A new 4-H after-school special-interest group has formed in Harrington to participate in a 4-H Engaging Youth, Serving Community (EYSC) program funded by a Rural Youth Development Grant awarded to Washington State University by the National 4-H Council, through support from the National Institute of Food and Agriculture, U.S. Department of Agriculture.
