Baby Lincoln James Lovgren has ties to Odessa families

Kyler and Brooke (Voise) Lovgren are proud to announce the arrival of a son, Lincoln James, born on June 20, 2011 at 4:41 a.m. in Hermiston, Ore. He weighed six pounds, nine ounces at birth and was 20 inches long.
