Auxiliary of VFW Post #7395 receives awards and citations

The Department of Washington Veterans of Foreign Wars convention is now over. The ladies of auxiliary #7395 did well, earning a second-place award in the following programs: hospital, Americanism and scholarships. The scholarship program consists of the youth essay, Patriots Pen and Voice of Democracy programs. We also received an Auxiliary of the Year award, and Leora Nixon won the District President of the Year award.
