Civil Judgment

Angela M. Bowers, of Harrington, must return $332.41 in overpaid benefits to the Washington State Employment Security Department.

Juvenile Offender Disposition

Steven A. Molsbee, 14, Odessa, pleaded guilty Feb. 5 to second-degree burglary and second-degree malicious mischief in connection with Sept. 14, 2018, incidents at the Odessa Golf Course and Crab Creek Coffee Haus. His sentence includes 15 days detention, 30 hours community service, 12 months community supervision and sharing a third of $2,738.08 in restitution owed to seven victims. He was ordered not to go to the two businesses involved or associate with two co-defendants; to have no firearms, illegal drugs or alcohol; and to obtain recommended counseling. As a result of a plea agreement, prosecutors withdrew a second charge of second-degree burglary, five other counts of malicious mischief and another of third-degree theft.

New Criminal Case

William Jack Dice, 56, Grand Coulee, is charged with forgery and second-degree attempted theft in connection with a Dec. 12, 2018, incident during which a stolen check from a Davenport man’s checkbook was cashed for $1,400.

Charlie Luann Kieffer, Fruitland, driving while license suspended, pleaded guilty, $150 court assessments, 12 months supervised probation.

Cecelia Kim Miller, Wellpinit, probation violation (driving while license suspended), 4 days jail (credited as served), $99.60 court costs.
