J.P. Luiten, who spent two years in the U.S. Navy in the late 1950s, receives his quilt from JoEllen Wollman.

Valor quilts, made by JoEllen Wollman and Lise Ott, proprietors of Experience Quilts! in Odessa, their fellow quilters from Odessa and other nearby towns, were presented to two local military service veterans, commemorating their service to their country.

Around Veterans Day in November, Wolllman and Ott will award quilts to additional service veterans.
