Criminal Sentencings

Jonathan J. Anderson, 43, pleaded guilty to criminal impersonation in the first degree and was sentenced to six months in jail and fined $500.

Alicia A. Hobday, 46, pleaded guilty to rendering criminal assistance in the first degree and was sentenced to six months in jail and fined $800.

Harold M. Hobday, 49, pleaded guilty to second degree assault, robbery in the first degree and identity theft in the first degree. He has been sentenced to 17 months in prison on count one, 61 months on count two and 14 months on count three. All three sentenced are to be served concurrently for a total of 61 months. He has been fined $600.

Christie E. Melton, 42, pleaded guilty to money laundering and has been sentenced to 30 days in jail. The defendant has also been ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $9,779.65.

New Criminal Cases

Tanner L. Curtis, 27, charged with DV residential burglary and DV theft in the second degree, in connection to an incident on Nov. 19 in which he is accused of stealing a iPhone 8 Plus. A protection order has been issued against the defendant for the alleged victim. Defendant has been released on $20,000 bail.
