INCIDENT LOG

Editor’s note: Most items in this section reflect the starting point for response by local police and emergency agencies. The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office does not release names of individuals who report possible criminal or suspicious activities to dispatchers or alleged victims for this column.

Nov. 24: A welfare check was requested and performed on a man.

A Sprague woman reported a collision involving a car and a deer.

A Sprague woman reported a vehicle parked at the old catholic cemetery.

Nov. 25: A Spokane woman reported “suspicious circumstances” in Lincoln County.

A person called 911 to report a car in a ditch.

A Davenport woman reported a car rolled over and off the road.

A Yakima man who rents land in Lincoln County for hunting reported two trespassers.

A man reported a suspicious car and person parked in front of a neighbor’s house.

A 911 caller hung up and did not answer returned calls.

A Davenport woman reported a man she claims tried to steal two bikes.

A Davenport man reported a dent in his truck. He thinks it appeared sometime between Nov. 18 and 21 but isn’t sure what day.

A Bellingham woman called to say she heard from a “friend of a friend” that someone was abusing animals in Lincoln County.

A fire was reported in Wilbur.

Nov. 26: A Reardan woman called to say her kids got home and smelled gas in the home.

A Davenport woman reported two black dogs running around near Morgan and Third.

US. Bank reported a phone scam in Reardan.

Nov. 27: A man reported a woman whom he has a protective order against violated that order by contacting him.

Nov. 28: A caller reported an injured deer that needs to be put down.

A hit and run was reported near Wilbur.

Nov. 29: A rolled-over car was reported on SR 25 between mileposts 10 and 11.

Deputies responded to a burglary alarm that sounded.

A Davenport man reported harassment.

A Davenport woman reported a suspicious person.

Nov. 30: A woman reported she had just rolled her car.

A man reported he cut his finger with a knife.

A Spokane woman reported fraud by a Snapchat user in Lincoln County.

JAIL BOOKINGS

Nov. 27: Nicholas Gebe Finch, 22, Reardan arrested by the Reardan Police Department on a charge of burglary.

Nov. 30:Jefferey Don Kuykendall, 56, Ford, arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office on charges of reckless endangerment, driving while license is suspended and a ignition interlock violation.

From Nov. 24 to Dec. 1, three individuals were booked in the Lincoln County Jail under contract with the Washington State Department of Corrections and two for Stevens County.
