Robert E. Kissler

1941- 2021

Kissler, Robert Edgar passed away on March 25, 2021 in Moses Lake, Wash. His home was Odessa, Wash. Robert was born on Sept. 29, 1941 in Odessa, Wash. He was a member of the Heritage Church, Adjutant of the Rudolph M. Stumph Post #105 of the American Legion, and honorably discharged after serving in the 161st Infantry Battalion of the Army Reserve National Guard from 1965 to 1973, earning the rank of Platoon Sergeant First Class (E-7) with expert rifleman award.

Robert is survived by his two sons, Brent (Dusti) Kissler and son Sterling, and Lance Kissler. Brothers; Albert Kissler and Charles Kissler and many nieces, nephews, and other distant relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Clara Kissler, his wife, Patricia (Homberg) Kissler, one son, Robert Sammy Kissler and two brothers, Howard and Richard Kissler.

Funeral services will be held on Fri., April 9, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Heritage Church in Odessa, Wash. with Pastor Jon Hayahsi, officiating. Burial will be held at the Odessa Cemetery immediately following. Memorials may be made to Odessa American Legion, Columbia Basin Cancer Foundation, or Heritage Church.
