Kissler, Robert Edgar passed away on March 25, 2021 in Moses Lake, Wash. His home was Odessa, Wash. Robert was born on Sept. 29, 1941 in Odessa, Wash. He was a member of the Heritage Church, Adjutant of the Rudolph M. Stumph Post #105 of the American Legion, and honorably discharged after serving in the 161st Infantry Battalion of the Army Reserve National Guard from 1965 to 1973, earning the rank of Platoon Sergeant First Class (E-7) with expert rifleman award.
