REARDAN – Council passed two resolutions regarding the Ballfields Safe Walkway Project at its brief, 20-minute April 15 meeting.

Both resolutions authorized mayor Gail Daniels to request grant funding for the project. The first, Resolution No. 185, gave Daniels the all-clear to request state grant reimbursement for expenditures related to the project. The second, Resolution No. 186, allows Daniels to initiate a financial contract with the Washington State Traffic Safety Commission and request reimbursement for the project.
