ODESSA – The $68,000 grant from Lowe's, won recently through a joint effort by Odessa non-profit groups and volunteers in the Lowe's 100 Hometowns project (see July 29, 2021 issue of The Odessa Record at www.odessarecord.com for the full story), is being put to good use. This past weekend, members of the Odessa Lion's Club and a group of volunteer students worked to remove the false ceiling in the south room of the Old Town Hall.
