The curious case of Willow Ridge

Units apparently owned by defunct organization to be transferred to Rural Resources

Willow Ridge lies quietly in the snow on the northeast side of Davenport. Willow Ridge's recent history is filled with questions and confusion.

DAVENPORT-Near the northeast end of the city just south of the Gun Club lies Willow Ridge, a group of seven units that include four apartments, a safe house for victims of abuse or violence and a two-unit pod for transitional housing. Willow Ridge appears rather uninteresting to the eye upon first glance...rather like a condominium complex of sorts.

However, there is more to Willow Ridge than meets the eye.
