St. John man charged after allegedly tagging two cow elk before big game hunting season started
DAVENPORT – A man residing in St. John has been summoned to appear in Lincoln County Superior Court on two counts of first-degree unlawful hunting of big game after allegedly harvesting two cow elk near Hawk Creek two days before the start of modern firearm hunting season in 2021.
Colton Kenneth Jacobsen, 22, was charged by the county Prosecutor’s Office Tuesday, March 29, according to court records.
