ODESSA – Elementary secretary Linnie Largent reports that students in grades K-5 will invite grandparents or a guest to visit P.C. Jantz Elementary in Odessa on Friday, May 13, to have lunch and attend recess activities. The lunch menu lists tacos/walking tacos with all the fixings (cheese, salsa, olives, sour cream, onions, lettuce and tomatoes), refried beans, chips, fruit, milk and a cookie.
The price for an adult lunch is $5, which can be paid in advance in the elementary office or in the cafeteria on Grandparents’ Day.
Reservations for the lunch will need to be made with the elementary office at 982-2603.
The lunch schedule for each class is as follows:
Kindergarten: Lunch 11:15/Recess 11:30
1st grade: Lunch 11:15/Recess 11:38
2nd grade: Lunch 11:20/Recess 11:38
3rd grade: Recess 11:24/Lunch 11:39
4th grade: Recess 11:24/Lunch 11:39
5th grade: Recess 11:24/Lunch 11:39
