June 20

Traffic stops: 12

An 87-year-old woman unable to get out of bed was reported.

Lincoln County Public Works reported an abandoned vehicle on Harrington-Tokio Road near the county gravel pit.

Davenport City Hall reported a large watercraft parked at the corner of Fifth and Maxwell Streets.

A Reardan woman said another woman was yelling at her about laundry on the 51400 block of Whispering Pines Drive.

A caller from Davenport Family Foods requested a welfare check on an employee that didn’t show up for work that day.


A man was reported for yelling at a woman from their respective cars on Highway 25 at milepost 12.

A caller requested help with an issue with his children.

A Wilbur woman reported a neighborhood feral cat on the 400 block of Southeast Trinity Avenue that was attacking people and killing other cats.

June 21

Traffic stops: 5

A Spokane woman said her car ran out of gas with her child inside on Highway 2 at milepost 246.

Two Lincoln County Jail inmates were transported to a lab for COVID-19 tests.


A possible driver under the influence was reported heading westbound on Highway 2 from milepost 253.

A Harrington man reported a suspicious vehicle parked outside the barn of a local farm.

A caller reported a speeding black truck following them going over 70 mph.

Davenport City Hall reported someone drinking and smoking behind the city pool.

A Jeep in a ditch was reported two miles south of Highway 2 on Kiner Road south of Almira.

A caller said her brother saw a gold S.U.V. doing slow laps around Some Like It Hot in Davenport.

A Wilbur man said a driver who works for the pot farm at the end of Scheibner Road North was speeding up and down the road multiple times a day and fired shots from a handgun into the air when the caller’s dog chased the man’s car down the road.

A verbal argument between two apartment tenants was reported.

A Davenport man reported a suspicious sedan on the corner of 13th and Maxwell Streets.

A Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office deputy said they hit a deer on Highway 174 at milepost 34 and needed to kill it after the collision.

A possible driver under the influence was reported westbound on Highway 2 at milepost 269.

June 22

Traffic stops: 10

A caller reported a person camping at the intersection of I-90 and Highway 23 near Sprague.

A semitruck got stuck in a ditch at the intersection of Highway 174 and Bagdad Road.

Two Lincoln County Jail inmates were transported to prison in Spokane County.

A citizen assist was performed at U.S. Bank in Reardan.

A Davenport woman reported a suspicious man walking in and out of Davenport City Park waving his arms in the air.

A dog-at-large was reported on the 500 block of East Cottonwood Avenue in Reardan.

A Lincoln man said his neighbor installed a gate blocking access to part of Mean Canyon Trail East.

A Wilbur man reported a 77-year-old woman having trouble breathing.

A possible domestic violence situation was reported in Sprague.

A caller said his neighbor was having mental health issues.

A Sprague man said a woman was pounding on the walls and doors of his residence on the 300 block of East First Street.

A caller asked for a youth to be removed from her residence on the 38200 block of Fitness Lane East.

June 23

Traffic stops: 4

A possibly transient person was reported near the Reardan readerboard on Broadway Avenue.

A caller said his ex-wife was refusing to comply with the terms and conditions of their custody order.

A Creston woman said she had $34,000 stolen from her bank account.

A caller said her landlord was harassing her and telling her she had to leave her apartment by July 3.

A caller said an old lady was walking by his house and throwing rocks at his dogs.

A caller said his wife left his mother’s house in Reardan on foot with a suitcase after getting upset at his mother.

A Davenport man requested a welfare check on a local man he hadn’t seen in some time.

June 24

Traffic stops: 4

A caller from Davenport Family Foods said there was a child in the store looking for his missing six-year-old brother.

A Davenport woman requested help disputing charges to her business account.

Wilbur Town Hall reported an RV parked in front of a house that didn’t own the vehicle.

A Davenport woman reported a group of high school students misbehaving at City Park.

A caller said he was experiencing stomach pain.

A Davenport man said his wife smelled anhydrous ammonia while driving into town.

June 25

Traffic stops: 9

A Lincoln County Jail inmate was taken to the hospital after he punched a door following his meeting with the county prosecutor, saying he felt disrespected.

A caller said a man was running down a street in his boxer shorts with his grandma’s cell phone.

A caller reported a white Jeep towing a four-door sedan north on Oestreich Road past his house southeast of Harrington.

A caller said a white van with the driver’s door and rear hatch open was parked on Fictenberg Road west of Davenport.

A caller reported fireworks being lit off at Long Lake Dam north of Reardan.

June 22

Gregory Wayne Devin, 34, Nine Mile Falls. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on a charge of second-degree unlawful firearm possession.

Catherine Marie Herrman, 35, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on charges of second-degree identity theft and first-degree theft.

June 24

Christopher Joe Payne, 44, Valley. Arrested by LCSO on a probation violation.

Criminal docket-June 21

Timothy Richard Bordwell, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, had a readiness hearing set for Aug. 2 and a jury trial set for Aug. 24. Bordwell also entered a not-guilty plea on a charge of second-degree assault (strangulation) and had bail set at $2,500.

Shash Sky Talancon pleaded guilty to second-degree assault (domestic violence) and six counts of first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and will be sentenced Aug. 30.

Ernest Keith Young, Jr. was convicted of third-degree assault and was sentenced to 10 ½ months in jail.

Ryan James Stewart, who is charged with residential burglary, third-degree theft, possession of another’s identification and five counts of second-degree theft, will have his case settled in District Court.

Masonn Hunter Marsh, who is charged with second-degree perjury and making a false statement to a public servant, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Aug. 23 and a jury trial was set for Sept. 14.

Tammara Michelle Perrin, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, waived her right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Aug. 23 and a jury trial was set for Sept. 14.

Blake Jacob Culp, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Aug. 23 and a jury trial was set for Sept. 14.

Colton Kenneth Jacobsen, who is charged with two counts of first-degree unlawful hunting of big game, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Aug. 23 and a jury trial was set for Sept. 14.

Andrew Christopher Nilles, who is charged with first-degree burglary, fourth-degree assault and third-degree malicious mischief, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Aug. 23 and a jury trial was set for Sept. 14.

Damion M. Pegram, who is charged with third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, third-degree assault of a health care worker and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Aug. 23 and a jury trial was set for Sept. 14.

Theodore M. Codon, who is charged with second-degree assault, interfering with domestic violence reporting and resisting arrest, had his trial continued to July 5 because a mental evaluation hasn’t been completed.
