Traffic stops: 12

An open-air 911 call came from a woman accusing a man of assaulting her.

A caller from USDA said one of their employees found a dollar bill rolled up with white residue on it in the men’s bathroom.

A Wilbur woman said $2,000 was fraudulently taken from her bank account.

A caller from California requested a welfare check on his local brother, who he said was sending him strange messages.

A loose black cow was discovered walking outside a fence.

Oct. 25

Traffic stops: 5

A Davenport woman said she was arguing with her boyfriend on the 1100 block of Logan Street.

A Puyallup man said he locked his keys in his car.

A Maple Falls woman said her ex-boyfriend donated all her stuff in their combined storage unit to the Wilbur Senior Center thrift store.

Two Lincoln County Jail inmates were transported to Lincoln Hospital for a pre-shuttle COVID-19 test.

A Davenport woman said her friend told her that her dog was stolen by someone in a gray Subaru.

A Davenport man said four youths in two cars and a white truck were doing burnouts and honking the car horns near City Park.

A caller said a 65-year-old woman suffered a head laceration in Reardan.

A Reardan man reported a runaway youth with a scratch across their face.

A disabled vehicle was reported off Highway 2.

A caller reported a backpack in the roadway on Morgan Street in front of Creekside Pharmacy.

A caller said she and her boyfriend were drinking when he began threatening her, so her four-year-old son grabbed a plastic bat to defend her.

Traffic stops: 0

Two Lincoln County Jail inmates were transported to Spokane County Jail.

A Reardan man reported a silver Oldsmobile with a man inside on Crescent Road one mile north of Highway 231.

A Davenport man said a grader driver for Lincoln County Public Works got in a non-injury car crash.

A Davenport woman said a man that had been living on her property for two years in a converted chicken coop was supposed to be doing work for her but was instead stealing building materials and power tools on the 31400 block of Aspen Lane.

A Harrington man said he caught two people shooting cats in the street with a BB gun.

A Sprague man reported a white car parked on railroad tracks.

A Harrington woman said someone else saw someone carrying a rifle and spotlighting on Harrington-Tokio Road.

Oct. 27

Traffic stops: 4

A caller said her four-year-old grandson walked out of her home in a diaper and was somewhere in a park.

A caller reported a suspicious vehicle near the intersection of Doerschlag and Ghers Roads northwest of Sprague.

A strong electrical smoke smell was reported in Odessa.

Oct. 28

Traffic stops: 10

A caller said it appeared her neighbor had rolled his new pickup truck.

A Reardan woman said she had four pieces of yard art stolen out of her yard on the 200 block of North Oak Street.

A Deer Meadows man requested a civil standby to get his property per his protection order.

A caller said he might be missing one of his shotguns and wanted confirmation it was licensed to him. He said his wife told him he didn’t own a shotgun, but he disagreed.

A caller reported two people with a sign up asking for money.

A caller complained about a house with eight to 10 trucks parked on the sidewalk near the corner of Sixth and Main Streets preventing children from walking on the sidewalk to school in Davenport.

A caller reported two-by-six’s scattered along Highway 2 between Reardan and Davenport.

Suspicious activity was reported on the 39300 block of Sterling Valley Road.

A Reardan man reported a one-car crash on Brommer Road after the subjects swerved to miss a deer, went over the guard rail and into the ditch.

Traffic stops: 21

A caller reported a suspicious man from Wisconsin at Telford Rest Area.

A caller reported a possible driver under the influence on Highway 2 they’d been following since Airway Heights.

A Davenport woman reported a truck parked at the end of Bald Ridge Road on DNR land.

A caller said he locked his keys in his car.

A commercial panic alarm was reported going off at the Masonic Temple in Davenport.

Seven bottles of prescription medication used by jail inmates were turned over to police to be destroyed.

A caller said he his neighbor was shouting at him and threatening him and his family.

A two-car crash was reported on Highway 2 east of Reardan.

Emil Antonov Nikolov, 55, Seattle. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of fourth-degree assault and interference with reporting domestic violence.

Oct. 27

Douglas Dean Dunston, 42, Yakima. Court commit on previous DUI charge.

Jonathan Lee Villaro, 37, Davenport. Arrested by LCSO on charges of displaying a weapon with the intent to intimidate, harassment and first-degree robbery.

Oct. 29

Christopher M. Mundall, 44, Reardan. Arrested by LCSO on an undisclosed charge.

Criminal court-Oct. 27

Masonn Hunter Marsh, Deer Meadows, interfering with reporting domestic violence (dismissed) and third-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence. Sentenced to 32 days in jail with credit for 32 days served, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Masonn Hunter Marsh, Deer Meadows, obstructing a law enforcement officer. Sentenced to 32 days in jail with credit for 32 days served, a $500 fine, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Cynthia Sue Pagano, Spokane, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 59 days in jail, 90 days of electronic home monitoring, a $1,500 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Pierre Walker, Spokane, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 14 days in jail with credit for 14 days served.

Gage Malachi Johnston, Davenport, failure to transfer title within 45 days. Case dismissed.

Douglas Dean Dunston, Yakima, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 10 days in jail and a $3,250 fine.

Noe Campos, Yakima, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 10 days in jail and a $500 fine.

Lee Arthur Jackson, Kettle Falls, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to four days in jail, 16 hours community service, a $150 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

John E. Geandreau, Spokane, driving under the influence amended to reckless driving and second-degree driving with a suspended license (dismissed). Sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served, a $1,000 fine, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Raymond Jacob Sicking, Grand Coulee, third-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 hours community service, a $250 fine, 12 months supervised probation and 12 months unsupervised probation.

Nicholas Gage Schmidt, Montana, operating a vehicle without a license. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and a $500 fine.

Colton L. Masterson-Cragun, Spokane, two counts of third-degree driving with a suspended license. Case dismissed.

Criminal docket-Oct. 25

Stuart Jay Foley was convicted of violating a protection order and was sentenced to 51 months in prison concurrent with a current Clark County sentence and was issued a five-year no-contact order with the victim.

Tammara Michelle Perrin, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, waived her right to a speedy trial and said she was aware of an offer from the state. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 20 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 11.

Blake Jacob Culp, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, waived his right to a speedy trial and said he was aware of an offer from the state. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 20 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 11.

Colton Kenneth Jacobsen, who is charged with two counts of first-degree hunting big game, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 20 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 11.

Rodney Dean Denley, who is charged with second-degree theft, third-degree malicious mischief and disturbing a survey monument, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 20 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 11.

Damion M. Pegram, who is charged with third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, third-degree assault of a healthcare worker and second-degree unlawful firearm possession, will undergo a mental evaluation in Lincoln County Jail. A review hearing was scheduled for Dec. 13.

Cody James Magruder, who is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, second-degree possession of stolen property and third-degree possession of stolen property, called ready for trial beginning Nov. 16. The state made Magruder an offer good for one week.

Magruder had the same outcome in a separate case where he is charged with two counts of second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

Jamie Rashel Kazinsky, who is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, waived her right to a speedy trial and was released from jail on her own recognizance. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 20 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 11.

Jonathan Jacob Anderson, who is charged with possession of a stolen vehicle, waived his right to a speedy trial. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 20 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 11.

Shane T. Rodriguez-Torres, who is charged with residential burglary, first-degree theft and third-degree malicious mischief, may have a global agreement with another country’s court charge. A readiness hearing was set for Dec. 27 and a jury trial was set for Jan. 11.

Casey Christopher Lattanzi, who is charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree theft, second-degree assault and motor vehicle theft, was issued a no-contact order with co-defendant Crystal Ann Jones. Bail was set at $30,000 and his hearing was continued to Nov. 1. Jones, who is charged with motor vehicle theft, had bail lowered to $1,500. A readiness hearing was set for Nov. 15 and a jury trial was set for Dec. 7.
