Longtime Davenport Lions Club member and Lincoln County Commissioner Scott Hutsell was given the prestigious Melvin Jones award in late October. Hutsell, seen here with Lions Club president John Stiles, won the award given to outstanding Lions Club members and last bestowed in Davenport to Art Deppner in 2021.
