Rate Increase Announcement - Effective January 2023 To City of Davenport Utility Customers: The Davenport City Council recognizes its fiduciary respon-sibility to the customers it serves and its duty to maintain the water and sewer systems for present and future customers. To facilitate these obligations, the Council finds it necessary to incorporate a rate increase; res-idential water will be increased by 3% on all monthly service rates.
