Edwin Bernard Kendall, 89, passed away on Dec. 19, 2022 in Spokane, Wash. He was born on Jul. 17, 1933, to parents Joseph Kendall and Frances (Higginbotham) Kendall. The graveside service will be on Dec. 27 at 11:00 am at Spring Canyon Cemetery in Grand Coulee, WA. The funeral will be held on Dec. 27 at 12:00 at Grand Coulee Community Church, 405 Center Street, with a reception to follow.
