Reardan finances look good

REARDAN - The town council adopted its annual budget for the year 2023 at its meeting on Dec. 15.
Preliminary budget estimates show 2023 revenue exceeding expenditures by approximately $71,298 ($1,194,811-$1,123,523). Revenues exceed expenditures in each budgeted item.
Current expense figures include:
• $29,790 to the library
• $45,500 to streets
• $277,000 to water
• $316,500 to water
• $109,00 to garbage
