ODESSA—Lincoln Hospital District No. 1 voters will be asked to do what they’ve historically been willing to do in the special election coming up Tuesday, Feb. 14: pass a one-year operation and maintenance levy.
The estimated levy rate is $2.36 per $1,000 of assessed property value for collection in 2024 and will bring in $671,800 “for paying part of the District’s operation and maintenance expenses,” according to proposition language.
A voter with a property valued at $300,000 would pay $708 toward this levy if it’s passed.
