The site of the shooting that left a 15-year-old boy dead Wednesday, Feb. 22 at 150 West Summit Avenue in Reardan.
DAVENPORT - A 16-year-old boy who was arrested following the Feb. 22 shooting death of 15-year-old Shadrach Hall-Turner in Reardan was charged with first-degree manslaughter and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm while under the age of 18.
Under state law, Koedi V. White of Reardan will stand trial on the charges as an adult, which is why his name was publicly released.
Law states that a manslaughter charge filed against anyone 16 years old or older will be automatically tried as an adult case, according to state RCW 13.04.030.
