Reardan High School's Knowledge Bowl team puts their brains to the test at the ESD101 regional tournament Friday, March 3. The team advanced to the state tournament in Wenatchee Saturday, March 11.
REARDAN -After placing fourth at the ESD 101 regional tournament Friday March 3, the high school's Knowledge Bowl team will move on to the state tournament at Wenatchee High School Saturday, March 11.
Advisor Tyler Smedley said the Knowledge Bowl is an academic competition open to any student.
Those on this year's team are Joey Matusik, Jon Holdway, William Chilson, Dom Board, Wyatt Stolp and EJ Preuschoff.
At the state tournament the team will take part in preliminary written and oral rounds, which sets the stage for championship rounds. There, teams will face off in a buzzer-based quiz...
