Douglas Duane Plinski, 71, was born in Jamestown, N.D. to Michael and Dolores Plinski on Nov. 18, 1951. After living with Neuroendocrine cancer for many years, he entered into heaven on Mar. 10, 2023. As an active member of the Odessa community, Doug served 25 years as a volunteer fireman and was a member of the Lion's Club, Economic Development council, Odessa Chamber of Commerce, and founder of the Odessa chapter of Duck's Unlimited to name a few.
