Davenport SR2 Safety

Meeting

A public information meeting will

be held on Wednesday, April 26,

2023 at 6:00 pm at Davenport

City Hall, 411 Morgan Street,

Davenport. Recent vehicle and

pedestrian conflicts have raised

awareness and the City of Davenport

is currently evaluating

potential pedestrian safety improvements

on Highway 2 between

1st Street and Gunning

Road. This meeting is the first

of two meetings and will be held

to present and discuss these potential

improvements and gather

public input prior to finalizing

recommendations. The second

meeting will be held May 10th,

2023 to present the outcomes

of the completed evaluation and

recommended improvements.

Arrangements to reasonably

including accessibility, will be

made upon receiving 24-hour
