Jay A. Scrupps, 72, passed away April 28, 2023 in Spokane, Wash. Jay was an ornery, lifetime resident of Odessa, Wash. He was born on Oct. 13, 1950 in Odessa, Wash. to James and Esther Scrupps. Jay attended all 12 yrs. of school in Odessa graduating in 1969, then attended Spokane Falls Community College where he played basketball, his favorite sport.
