A Harrington man reported a loose cow at Stockland Livestock Auction eating grass in a parking lot.

A barn alarm was reported going off.

A Stockland Livestock Auction employee said a customer locked himself out of his running pickup.

A sudden death was reported on the 31700 block of Ruffed Grouse Drive East in Hawk Creek.

A Davenport man reported an altercation in front of Memorial Hall.

A caller reported a sedan speeding up and down Moore Road near Circle Road north of Reardan.

Loose cows in a ditch were reported.

A 29-year-old female having a seizure was reported in Davenport.

An Odessa woman reported harassment on the 100 block of South Fifth Street.

A welfare check was requested on an 80-year-old woman in Odessa.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor’s dog was extremely skinny and “no one is doing anything about it.”

A Richland woman said a local man violated their protection order and his pretrial release conditions.

A caller reported a red SUV all over a roadway.

A man allegedly gave an officer another person’s identification during a traffic stop in the Family Dollar parking lot in Davenport.

A caller reported animal neglect at her neighbor’s house on the 800 block of Fourth Street in Davenport.

A traffic offense by a U.T.V. was reported at Fort Spokane.

A caller reported a suspicious vehicle parked in his driveway.

Northern 911 in Canada said they received a 911 call from a local T-Mobile customer.

A commercial burglary alarm was reported at Buddy Boy Farms in Devil’s Gap.

Multiple cows in the road were reported on Highway 23 and Schirr Road.

Papers were served to a man on the 900 block of Adams Street in Davenport.

Papers were served to a man on the 500 block of Ninth Street in Davenport.

Papers were served to a man on the 400 block of West Fourth Street in Sprague.

A Davenport woman filed a trespassing complaint.

A caller said the railroad crossing on Highway 28 in Davenport had been going off for 30 minutes with no trains in sight.

A Sprague woman said she needed help on the 100 block of South H Street.

A Sprague woman reported a possibly homeless person on Third and E Streets.

A Davenport woman said a dog got loose and chased her grandchildren on 14th Street.

A possible driver under the influence was reported on Highway 2 and Tramm Road outside Reardan.

A caller said she found a note on her car saying it was hit and damaged.

A woman said a small Boston Terrier was running in and out of traffic in front of the Creston Post Office.

A disabled vehicle with a flat tire was reported on Third and Logan Streets in Davenport.

A partially blocking white van with a blown front tire was reported on Highway 174 near milepost 33.

An Addy woman reported a vehicle lockout in the parking lot of Safeway in Davenport.

A suspicious person was reported at First and Division Streets in Odessa.

A Davenport woman said her neighbors kept yelling at her kids because they were playing in the pool on the 900 block of 14th Street.

A Harrington man said his neighbor was drunk and harassing neighbors.

A rollover crash into a ditch was reported.

A Grand Coulee woman said she got into an argument with her ex on the 44900 block of Highway 174.

A caller reported a man slumped over the wheel of a pickup truck at Highway 2 and Waukon Road east of Reardan.

A caller reported a disabled vehicle on Highway 2 at milepost 263.

A Davenport man said he a got a call from a man claiming he won a lot of money.

A caller reported a semitruck nearly crashing multiple times on Highway 2 at milepost 240.

A caller from the WSU Extension farm in Davenport reported a blanket and sock with a rock inside.

A caller reported a pickup truck driving on the wrong side of the road on the shoulder and sidewalk on Highway 2.

A Davenport man said a UHaul vehicle had been parked in front of his house for over 30 minutes and the occupant kept starting and stopping the engine.

An Odessa man said his ex-wife violated their protection order.

A welfare check was requested on a man on the 44600 block of Highway 174 in Grand Coulee.

A Vancouver woman reported a vehicle lockout.

A caller reported a man sitting on the side of Highway 2.

A caller said his wife fired some contractors at their house and the contractors were refusing to leave.

A caller said he saw a man sleeping on the side of Highway 2.

A caller said she locked her keys in her car with her 19-month-old child inside near Lake Roosevelt.

An illegal camper was reported at Lake Roosevelt.

A fatal car crash was reported near Wilbur.

June 24

Traffic stops: 9

A man was pulled over on I-90 at milepost 248 and released after a blood-alcohol content test was performed.

A caller reported a large cow on the bridge near Gunning and Cottonwood Creek Roads outside Davenport.

A loose black cow on the side of the road was reported on Highway 231 at milepost 3.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor went to Athol to buy a truck.

A crash was reported at Spring Canyon Campground.

An erratically driven vehicle was reported on Highway 2.

A caller said she smelled a strong ammonia smell at Nutrien Ag Solutions.

A Davenport said her neighbors were shooting guns after dark.

Christopher Alan Hill, 45, Davenport. Arrested by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office (LCSO) on charges of second-degree identity theft and driving without a license.

June 20

Andrew Lee Martin, 42, Airway Heights. Arrested by LCSO on charges of first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and third-degree driving with suspended license.

June 21

Bjarne Matthew Olson, 44, Cheney. Arrested by LCSO for failing to appear on an ignition interlock violation.

Charles Dean Simpson, Kettle Falls, third-degree driving with a suspended license and resisting arrest. Sentenced to two days in jail, a $250 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Armando Renteria Soto, Kennewick, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to one day in jail, eight hours community service and 12 months supervised probation.

Juan Martin Ramirez, Outlook, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 hours community service, a $250 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Vladimir P. Lisenko, Manson, reckless driving. Sentenced to 12 months supervised probation and a $500 fine.

Shane Allen Ferderer, Ritzville, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to three days in jail, 24 hours community service, a $150 fine and 12 months supervised probation.

Damion M. Pegram, who is charged with third-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, third-degree assault of a healthcare worker and second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm, may be close to a case resolution and waived his right to a speedy trial. A July 17 trial date was struck. A readiness hearing was set for Aug. 22.
