ODESSA — The town will be bustling this weekend as the 52nd Annual Deutschesfest runs from Thursday, Sept. 14-Sunday, Sept. 17.

Events begin with sidewalk chart art outside Wheatland Bank at 5 p.m. Thursday, followed by tricycle and bed races on First Avenue at 6 p.m.

Some of Friday’s events include an FFA pancake breakfast and the annual Sausage Bowl football game vs. Cusick.

Some events Saturday include a Fun Run, general parade, poker run tournament 2-person scramble and Rocky Coulee Brewing Fest games, including the beer stein holding contest.
