Screaming Eagles rout Liberty

Reardan wins second straight game

SPANGLE - Sparked by its ball-hawking defense, Reardan put 40 first half points on the scoreboard enroute to a 54-13 romp over Liberty Friday, Oct. 20.

Rysen Soliday set the stage for the Screaming Eagles' big scoring night by intercepting a Liberty pass on the third play of the game and returning it for a touchdown.

After Reardan's defense stuffed Liberty on its next possession, quarterback Soliday struck again, this time by eluding the Lancer pass rush, tucking the ball and scampering into the end zone.

Hunter Flaa ended Liberty's next two drives with a fumble recovery and an interception.
