FBLA Service Project co-chairs Samantha Odenrider, Sawyer Raugust and Beau Copenhaver present about life jacket safety with School Resource Officer Dain Harden to the Davenport Elementary second-graders.
DAVENPORT--Throughout November, Davenport FBLA has been busy in the start of their Community Service Project. Co-chairs Samantha Odenrider, Sawyer Raugust and Beau Copenhaver have connected with School Resource Officer Dain Harden in the education of elementary students regarding life jacket safety. Topics that Harden covered with the elementary students were how to properly wear a life jacket, make sure it fits appropriately and the importance of wearing a life jacket. He also educated the students on life jacket safety on a boat.
