An abandoned vehicle returning to Odessa-based owners was reported.

A Reardan man said nine cattle were loose on his property on the 50200 block of Fisher Road.

An Odessa man reported a hit-and-run on his pickup on the 300 block of Alder Street.

A caller said her husband was violating their no-contact order by constantly texting and calling her.

A Hawk Creek man said he was told a man dressed in all black with a black face mask was standing by the gate at Hawk Creek Estates.

A caller said someone was knocking on her door.

Traffic stops: 8

Spokane County said a local pregnant woman said was having a physical argument while driving to her parent’s residence in the Wilbur area.

A Lincoln woman said she locked her keys in her running car.

An Othello man requested a welfare check on his child on the 44800 block of Highway 21 in Wilbur.

A caller said his computer was hacked by an independent virus company.

A Grand Coulee man said a couple left a white van with no plates at his neighbor’s property on the 4100 block of Spring Canyon Road.

A caller said a girl on the school bus saw some people chasing his calves on Trejbal Back Road north of Odessa.

A threat was reported on the 300 block of Brooke Street in Sprague.

A caller said her neighbor’s lights were on while they were out of town on the 300 block of Fifth Street in Odessa.

A woman who was either intoxicated or had a speech impediment called about her father-in-law, but it turned out she was just intoxicated while she was celebrating her birthday.

An abandoned vehicle was reported on Highway 2 at milepost 255.

An Alaska man requested a welfare check on a woman he thought was local, but who had moved to Arkansas.

Papers were served to a woman on the 500 block of Alder Street in Odessa.

Papers were served to a man on the 1000 block of Morgan Street in Davenport.

A Deer Meadows man said his neighbors were yelling at him to clean up his eyesore property, called him several rude names and flipped him off on the 42000 block of Quail Run Road.

A Davenport woman requested a welfare check on a dog tied in the front yard on the 33400 block of Wagner Lake Road in Wilbur.

Lincoln County Probation staff requested a probation check on several people from Idaho, Montana and California.

A caller said a man kept driving near her sidewalk and nearly hitting her gas meter.

A Spokane County Jail inmate was transferred to Lincoln County.

A caller reported a speeding motorcyclist making bad passes and doing wheelies westbound on Highway 2 from the Spokane County line.

A Montana man requested a welfare check on two of his friends on the 31900 block of Johns Rocky Way northwest of Davenport.

An Airway Heights man said his brother still had his stuff in a house he was evicted from.

A 51-year-old woman suffering a seizure was reported at the Harrington Haus.

Traffic stops: 1

Papers were served to a man on the 400 block of First Avenue in Odessa.

A two-vehicle crash was reported on 12th and Morgan Streets in Davenport.

A Davenport woman said a man yelled at her when she went outside to smoke a cigarette.

A Spokane woman requested a welfare check on her father.

A Davenport person said a couple was taking video of their house on the 200 block of 12th Street.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor was yelling and throwing things on the 1300 block of Logan Street.

A stolen vehicle was reported at Traders in Davenport, while simultaneously a caller said coins had been stolen from the car wash across the street.

Multiple callers said a car was driving eastbound in the westbound lane on Highway 2, while the driver said they couldn’t see out of their windshield due to ice and frost.

A caller said someone was diving into bushes every time a vehicle drove by while trying to break into another vehicle.

A Spokane County Jail inmate was transported to Lincoln County.

A lost dog was reported on Third Street and Gibson Road south of Davenport.

An older man walking on Waukon Road at Hallett Road was reported.

A 49-year-old man possibly suffering from a heart attack was reported at the Sprague Motel.

A two-vehicle noninjury crash was reported on 12th and Morgan Streets in Davenport.

A caller said his niece was living with him while her mother dealt with CPS issues and the mother told some 40-year-old man to reach out to his niece.

Trespassing was reported at the park in Odessa.

An Oklahoma man said his renters trashed his house in Odessa.

A woman dealing with mental health issues was transported from Odessa to Spokane.

A caller said a white pickup truck drove past her and a female hit the window while screaming for help eastbound on Highway 2.

A woman walking in the middle of Waukon Road near Wagner Farm Road was reported.

A suspicious vehicle was reported behind a red barn.

A Davenport man reported a black dog laying on the side of the road near the intersection of Third Street and Fitness Lane.

A Deer Meadows man said he slid into the guardrail on the 40600 block of Miles Creston Road.

A Sprague man said a woman wanted to file a complaint against her neighbors who appeared to be burning something in his shop all night.

Another crash was reported on the 40900 block of Miles Creston Road.

An abandoned vehicle was reported in Odessa.

A Davenport man said his daughter’s key fob broke, locking her out of her car at the Exxon.

An Odessa man said someone seemed to be checking out local storage units.

A vehicle needing a jump start was reported in Reardan.

A Davenport man said youths were spinning tires and doing donuts on 12th and Washington Streets.

Dec. 2

Traffic stops: 5

A caller said a large cargo truck went into the ditch on Highway 2 west of Reardan.

A Davenport woman said her neighbor’s dog was running loose in town.

A burglary alarm was reported going off at Buddy Boy Farms in Devil’s Gap.

A dog attack was reported in Davenport.

A Wilbur man said two vehicles were tearing up his property and roadways on the 33600 block of Scheibner Road.

A Davenport woman said someone stole her identity, forcing her to shut off her phone while she tries to get the FBI to handle the case.

A sudden death of medical causes was reported on the 900 block of Fifth Street in Davenport.

Spokane Police said they had a local man in custody for hit-and-run.

Whitman County said they were talking to a hitchhiking woman who said she may have harmed her boyfriend who could live in Lincoln County.

Criminal court-Nov. 30

Melissa Dianne Fowler, Spokane, driving under the influence amended to reckless driving. Sentenced to one day in jail, a $1,000 fine and 24 months supervised probation.

Amanda M. Bloyed, Coeur d’Alene, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 120 days in jail with credit for 23 days served and a $3,000 fine.

Samantha Mae Warwick, Springdale, driving under the influence. Sentenced to 10 days in jail, a $1,500 fine, 36 months supervised probation and 24 months unsupervised probation.

Criminal docket-Nov. 28

Petra Thomas Cook, who is charged with second-degree assault of a child, second-degree criminal mistreatment and fourth-degree assault, waived his right to a speedy trial with a change of plea expected. The case was continued with a readiness hearing set for Jan. 30.

Daylon Albert Walls, who is charged with felony driving under the influence, will have his case proceed to trial on Dec. 20 after his defense counsel didn’t appear for a status hearing.

Timothy David Boda, who is charged with second-degree assault with a deadly weapon, was found mentally competent and both parties agreed to a competency order.

Edgar Bejar Arevalo, Spokane Valley, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to three days in jail converted to 24 hours of community service.

Richard C. Sherwood, Airway Heights, driving under the influence and third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to 214 days in jail with credit for one day served.

Ero Lipka, Davenport, reckless driving amended to second-degree negligent driving. Fined $559.

Patricia E. Morin, Yakima, second-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree vehicle prowing. Case dismissed.

Leonardo Vidal Sanchez, Brewster, third-degree driving with a suspended license. Sentenced to five days in jail, 40 hours community service, a $300 fine and 12 months supervised probation.
