NOTICE OF SPECIAL

ELECTION

February 13, 2024

Lincoln County, Washington

Notice is hereby given that on

Tuesday, February 13, 2024, in

Lincoln County, State of Washington,

with: Reardan-Edwall

School District No. 9; Almira

School District No. 17; Creston

School District No. 73; Odessa

School District No. 105, joint

with Adams County No. 157

and Grant County No. 166J;

Wilbur School District No. 200;

Harrington School District No.

204; Davenport School District

No. 207; Ritzville School District

No. 67, joint with Adams County

No. 160; Wilson Creek School

District No. 202 joint with Grant

County No. 167; Public Hospital

District No. 1. There will be held

a Special Levy Election, conducted

all by mail. The purpose

of this election is to approve and

adopt or to reject a local school

or special district proposition

or bond.

Registered voters residing in the

above-mentioned districts will

be mailed a ballot on or about

January 24, 2024. You may obtain

a replacement ballot at the

Lincoln County Auditor’s Office,

450 Logan, Davenport, WA

during regular business hours

9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or on

Election Day

8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The last day for mail or online

voter registrations and transfer

of an existing registration to a

new address will be Monday,

February 5, 2024. The last day

for in-person registration is

February 13, 2024 at the Lincoln

County Auditor’s Office, 450

Logan, Davenport, WA, or

24-hour Secure Ballot Boxes

are available at the following

locations through 8:00 p.m.

Election Day: Lincoln County

Courthouse East Parking Lot,

450 Logan, Davenport and

Harrington City Library, 11

S. 3rd Street, Harrington. If

you prefer to mail your ballot,

please remember that postage

is affixed and assure that it is

postmarked by Election Day,

February 13, 2024.

A Disability Access Unit is

available at the Auditor’s office

during regular business

hours 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

beginning January 24, 2024;

through Election Day, February

13th from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00

The Logic and Accuracy Test

of the ballot counting system to

be used to tabulate the results

of the Special Election will

be held in the Lincoln County

Auditor’s Office in the County

Courthouse, 450 Logan, Davenport,

Washington on Thursday,

February 8, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

A Batch Audit (hand count of 6

batches) will be conducted on

Thursday February 15, 2023 at

8:00 a.m.

Canvassing Board Meetings:

The Canvassing Board of Lincoln

County will hold an open

public meeting February 23,

2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Lincoln

County Commissioner’s

Chambers, 450 Logan, Davenport,

WA to certify the election

results.
