THE PENALTIES OF A DECLARED

PUBLIC NUISANCE

FOR BLOCKAGE OF THE CITY

SEWER SYSTEM

SUMMARY FOR PUBLICATION

This ordinance amends Chapter

9.36 of the DMC that outlines the

responsibilities of the property

owners for abating or removing

the obstructions because of roots

of any tree, plant, hedge, or

shrubbery of any kind to interfere

with or obstruct the public sewer

or water system.
