OF QUALIFICATIONS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that the Board of County Commissioners

of Lincoln County,

Washington will receive sealed

statements of qualifications

proposals and publicly open

them on or about 9:45 a.m. on

Monday, April 15, 2024, at the

Lincoln County Courthouse,

Commissioners Meeting Room,

lower level, 450 Logan Street,

Davenport, Washington, for

furnishing to Lincoln County the

following:

Design & Build, Fairgrounds

Livestock and Equestrian Arena

Project

Sealed statement of qualifications

proposals for Lincoln

County Fair Livestock and

Equestrian Arena must be received

by the Lincoln County

Commissioners Office by 3:00

p.m. Thursday April 11, 2024.

Submit hand-delivered Qualifications

to: Lincoln County

Courthouse, Lower Level, Commissioners

Office Reception

Desk at 450 Logan Street,

Davenport, WA 99122 or mail to

Lincoln County Commissioners

Attn: Clerk of the Board, PO

Box 28, Davenport WA 99122,

in an envelope clearly marked:

“Qualification Proposals – Design

& Build, Fairgrounds

Livestock and Equestrian Arena

Project”

Please remember they must be

received by the final date and

time. Late Proposals will not

be accepted.

TO BE OPENED Monday, April

15, 2024 at 9:30 A.M.

Project information packets

may be obtained at the Lincoln

County Auditor’s Office located

at 450 Logan St, Davenport, WA

99122 during regular business

hours 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. You may

also request them via email at

cschumacher@co.lincoln.wa.us

or phone 509-725-4971.

This project is a public works

project, Washington State prevailing

wage Law applies. Lincoln

County is an Equal Opportunity

Employer. Use of

minority and women-owned

businesses for subcontractors

is encouraged.

Emailed and faxed proposals

will not be accepted. Lincoln

County will not be responsible

for unreadable or misdirected

proposals. Proposers must

submit on the forms provided by

the Lincoln County Fair proposal

documents. Documents filled

out partially will be considered

nonresponsive. Lincoln County

reserves the right to reject any

or all proposals, to waive any

informalities, to accept any proposal

deemed to be responsive

in the best interests of the Lincoln

County Fair and reserves

the right to re-advertise for new

proposals.

There is no formal site tour. All

proposers are encouraged to

inspect the construction site.

Questions should be emailed to

a Request for Information (RFI).

Questions will be answered

during any site inspection. The

RFI and any written answers

will be made available to other

proposers unless they are proprietary

in nature. Questions

pertaining to the proposals will

not be taken after Wednesday,

April 10, 2024.
