Showcase winners shared
Youths from around the Pacific Northwest guide their swine around the pen at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds during the Spring Showcase Saturday, April 13.
DAVENPORT -Prospective showmen and showwomen from around the Pacific Northwest were at the Fairgrounds last Saturday, April 13 for the second annual Spring Showcase.
Hosted by WSU Extension, the Showcase is meant as a precursor to the Junior Livestock Show of Spokane in May.
146 exhibitors showed off their prize swine, beef, goats and sheep. Here are all the weekend winners, as shared by Fairgrounds manager Dawn Canfield.
Market winners
Kyle Taylor of Hayden won overall champion for beef, while Landon Williams of Ritzville was reserve champion.
