Over 400 children compete
The Lincoln County Youth Soccer tournament held in Harrington Saturday, May 18 featured over 400 children from Lincoln and Adams Counties competing for trophies that were largely won by teams from Odessa.
HARRINGTON - The Lincoln County Youth Soccer league, which is in its second season, held its annual tournament while the local Car Show was ongoing Saturday, May 18.
Odessa was well represented amongst the victors. The future Tigers beat Davenport 1-0 in the 2nd/3rd grade championship, beat Ritzville in penalty kicks in the 4th/5th grade championship and smoked Davenport 11-0 in the 6th-8th grade championship.
Ritzville topped Reardan 3-2 in the kindergarten/1st grade championship.
Odessa had three championships and one third place finish total. Reardan had one second place and one third place...
