Class of 2026 finishes in second-place
The Odessa Memorial bed race team of Kennedy Boyes, Nick Kelly, Austin Reyes, Gavin Elder and Andy Lumsden won this year's trophy.
ODESSA - The Odessa Memorial Healthcare Center bed race team took home the trophy for first place Thursday night, Sept. 19.
The bed racers were among the first two events to open the 2024 Deutchesfest celebration downtown.
Bed racers sped down Division Street, stopping for a quick game of water pong before heading to the finish line at First Street, in front of the Lincoln County Record-Times office.
