Davenport's Guhlke also hits court
Davenport's Kaitlynne Guhlke returns the serve in her match with St. George's Friday, April 18.
REARDAN – The Screaming Eagles hosted St. George's in NE2B tennis on Friday, Aug. 18.
Kaitlynne Guhlke, who practices with Reardan but represents Davenport High School, also took part in the match.
In the boys' competition, Reardan's E.J. Preuschoff defeated Brady Nosbaum 6-1, 6-3 and the doubles team of Braden and Marcus Durbin beat St. George's Steven Liv and Joe Sudlow 6-4, 0-6, 10-8.
The Screaming Eagles' Dominic Board lost to Joey Maestas 0-6, 2-6 but bounced back to beat Andrew Emerick 6-0, 6-1.
Reardan's Bryson Vining lost 1-6, 0-6 to Donovan Bradford.
