REARDAN – Under threatening dark clouds the Screaming Eagles girls softball team hosted Kettle Falls in a doubleheader, Saturday, May 3. On a day when Reardan senior Kira Hoff played her last home game, the Bulldogs offense was relentless, winning the games 24-7 and 33-1.
In the opening game, the Bulldogs scored three runs in the first inning and in the second inning, each of their nine batters also scored. Kettle Falls scored 12 more runs over the last three innings and the game ended after five innings under the "Mercy Rule."
